Method
Muddle the strawberries and basil in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients (except the Glimmer Sparkling) and shake with ice. Fine-strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top with Glimmer Sparkling and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
