Created by @themindfulmocktail, this drink brings bright berries, zesty lemon, and our non-alcoholic Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo to create a drink that is too hard to skip this summer!

0.75Oz
Honey Syrup
1Oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
4Oz
Chilled Soda Water
2Sliced
Strawberries

Method
Add the strawberries, raspberries, honey syrup, and lemon juice to a large spritz or wine glass. Carefully muddle to release the juices. Fill the glass generously with ice and top with the chilled soda water. Slowly pour in the Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo to create a layered effect.
Serve layered, allowing the colours to naturally mingle as the drink is enjoyed, or give it one gentle stir before serving. Garnish with fresh berries, a lemon wheel, and/or edible flowers.
