Our Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin’s unique ruby colour is also all-natural! To achieve its stunning ruby hue, we use a unique combination of red rose petals and black carrots. Roses are a traditional gin botanical, and these add a beautiful floral note and a delicate aroma. No artificial colours or stabilizers are used in its creation — so while the flavour will last forever, its unique hue will not. Fading of the natural colour is accelerated by exposure to sunlight.
