Method
Add pineapple juice, guava puree, lime juice, hibiscus syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake, and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with soda water, and float Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top. Garnish with pink pineapple, pineapple fronds, guava wheel, if desired.
