Green Apple Juice
0.5Oz
Fresh Lime Juice
0.5Oz
Sugar Syrup
2DASHES
Absinthe

Milk, to clarify
Finger Lime Caviar, for garnish
Method
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass, leaving the milk for last, and gently stir to combine. Let rest a few minutes to curdle, then pour over a wet coffee filter. Discard the first cloudy drops; once the drips are clear, transfer to a new container and return the cloudy liquid to the filter. Once filtered, bottle it up and refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, simply pour the cocktail into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with finger lime caviar. Enjoy!
