Method
Muddle lychee in a shaker then add lime juice and ice. Shake to chill. Add rose jam and ice to a champagne flute and strain in the lychee-lime mixture. Top with club soda then pour Empress Cucumber Lemon Gin on top. Garnish with lime twist and dried rose petals. Enjoy!
