Ingredients

1.5Oz
Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
1Oz
Fresh Lime Juice
1Oz
Honey Syrup
1Oz
Coconut MIlk
Toasted Coconut & Honey, for rim
Coconut & Mango Egg Ice, for garnish*

Method

Dip the rim of a coupe glass in honey followed by toasted coconut until coated. Add ingredients with ice to the shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into prepared coupe glass. Garnish with coconut & mango egg ice and sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.

Notes

*To make the coconut & mango egg ice, start by freezing coconut milk in egg-shaped trays as well as mango juice in the divots of a small painter palette. When frozen, combine the two components and optionally refreeze or add a few drops of water between the two for them to adhere.
