Cranberries & Fresh Thyme, for garnish

Method
Build ingredients in a chilled flute. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of fresh thyme.
Notes
*To make the syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup of each should do) to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and add the juice of one satsuma orange. Stir, cool, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
