Pink Lemonade Gin Popsicles
Summer just got a whole lot cooler with @delight.fuel’s Pink Lemonade Gin Popsicles! Each bite bursts with flavours of sweet peach, mint, raspberries, lemon and a hint of our Elderflower Rose Gin. Makes 12 popsicles.

0.33CUPS
Lemon Juice
2.5CUPS
Club Soda
3.5TBSP
Agave Syrup
1DICED
White Peach
5FRESH
Mint Leaves
Fresh Raspberries (optional)

Method
In a high speed blender combine lemon juice, agave syrup, peach, mint, club soda and gin. Blend until completely smooth. Strain and pour into popsicle mold. Add fresh raspberries into each mold if preferred. Let freeze overnight or for about 8-10 hours. Enjoy!
