Method
Muddle one rosemary sprig in a cocktail shaker. Add Empress Indigo Gin, elderflower liqueur, and pear juice to the shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with rosemary and pear slices.
