Method
Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. In an ice filled glass, add the sparkling wine, and fine strain the cocktail over this. Garnish with a mint bouquet, and enjoy!
