Method
Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a tall cocktail glass. Add tonic water and carefully float Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top. Enjoy!
