Brut Sparkling Wine, to top
Grapefruit Slice & Cinnamon Stick, for garnish

Method
Pour grapefruit cordial into a champagne flute or wine glass. Add orange bitters, ice, fresh grapefruit slice and a cinnamon stick. Pour equal parts ginger beer and Brut sparkling wine, leaving enough room to add the gin. Gently float Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin on top. Stir before enjoying!
