Shake over ice, pour, and sip!
Notes
*For the syrup: Combine 8-10 fresh figs, chopped, 1 vanilla bean, sliced lengthwise, ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally; let cool; strain; store leftovers in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
