Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
0.25CUP
Mixed Berries, plus more to garnish
0.33CUP
Coconut Water
Lemon Wedge

Method

Add berries to a collins glass and muddle until broken down. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add coconut water. Slowly float the Empress Indigo Gin, creating a layer above the coconut water. Garnish with berries and an edible flower. When ready to enjoy, squeeze in a wedge of lemon and stir the cocktail together.
