Tonic Water

Pomegranate Arils, Fresh Rosemary, and Cinnamon Sticks, to garnish
Method
In a cocktail glass add the rosemary syrup, Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, fresh lemon juice and stir well to combine. Add pomegranate juice and pomegranate ice cubes. Top with tonic water, and garnish with fresh pomegranate arils and rosemary. Enjoy!
Notes
*To make the syrup, combine 1 cup water, ½ cup honey, and 2 rosemary sprigs in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally, and bring to a boil (approx. 1-2 minutes). Reduce the heat to low and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool completely before using.
