Empress 1908 Cocktail Gin
0.5Oz
Cane Sugar Syrup
0.5Oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
One Egg White per Cocktail
2Slices
Cucumber
Dill Sprigs
Smoked Salmon (Optional)
Method
Muddle dill and cucumber in a shaker. Add ice and other ingredients and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with smoked salmon (optional) and cucumber.
