Method
In a cocktail shaker, start by muddling the blackberries, rosemary and simple syrup. Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin and freshly squeezed lime juice. Add ice and shake well to chill. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a blackberry on a cocktail pick. Enjoy!
