Blackberry Mojito Granita

The best cure for summer heat is a cocktail jam-packed with fresh and cooling ingredients. Cue @sloanes.table‘s Blackberry Mojito Granita! Serves 2-4.

Simple Syrup

Limes, zested and juiced
1LBS
Fresh Blackberries, plus more to garnish
6LEAVES
Fresh Mint, plus more to garnish

Method

Blend all ingredients, except tonic water, in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a dish. Freeze for at least 3 hours, stirring with a fork every 30 minutes, until icy and fluffed. Divide the granita up into glasses, and garnish with lime slices, blackberries, and fresh mint. Enjoy!
