Swiftie Cocktails Header v1

Shake it off with a tipple (or two) in hand!

If you’ve been following us for a while, you probably know how much of Taylor Swift fans we are (did you also mix up a Lavender Haze like we did during the Eras Tour?)! We were especially jazzed to hear that we may have been a part of her wedding of the century, so isn’t it about time we had a dedicated feature for her? Whether you were around during her Fearless days or got in later for Midnights, you’ll want to check out our curation of sips to enjoy while playing any of her albums.

Lavender Haze

Lots of you know this one by now! When we think of crowdpleasing cocktails, this elevated lemonade is as delightful as it gets. Layered in both appearance and flavour, the Lavender Haze is certainly creeping up on us.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
  • 1 oz Lavender Honey Syrup*
  • 2 oz Homestyle Lemonade
  • Lavender Sprigs, for garnish
METHOD

Fill a stemless wine glass with crushed ice. Shake lemonade and syrup on ice and strain into the glass. Layer Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top and add more crushed ice. Garnish with a lavender sprig.

*Simply combine ¾ cup honey with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once combined, add 2 tbsp dried lavender buds. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Cool, strain and voilà! It can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

TIP! For a zero-proof version, create the Lavender No-Haze by swapping out the gin for Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo and dialling back the lavender honey syrup to ½ oz.
