In a glass filled with ice, build the cocktail (except for prosecco) and briefly stir to chill and combine. Top with approximately 2 oz prosecco and garnish. Enjoy!
*To make the syrup, add 1 cup sugar (preferably brown), 1 small apple (chopped), 4-5 cinnamon sticks, ½ cup apple juice, and ½ cup water to a saucepan and place on medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, bring to a simmer and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the apples get soft. Let cool completely then strain and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
