Strawberries, sliced
2LEAVES
Basil
1Oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75Oz
Simple Syrup
Soda Water, to top
Strawberry
Chamomile Flowers

Method
Puree the sliced strawberries and basil together. Mix the puree with lime juice, Empress 1908 Gin, and simple syrup. Pour into a glass, add crushed ice and top with soda water. Garnish and serve.
