Method
Pour grenadine into the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice, allowing the grenadine to stay layered at the base. In a shaker, combine Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin, pineapple juice, mango juice, and lemon juice. Shake well with ice (10–12 seconds). Slowly pour the shaken cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cluster of pineapple leaves. Enjoy!
