Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
1.5Oz
Pink Peppercorn & Sage Syrup*
0.5Oz
Pear Liqueur
Small Sage Leaf, plus more for garnish
Method
Add gin, syrup, pear liqueur and a sage leaf to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a small sage leaf. Enjoy!
Notes
*To make the pink peppercorn and sage syrup, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 10 pink peppercorns and 3 sage leaves in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep while cooling for 30 minutes. Strain and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
