Method

TROPICAL SPRING PUNCH 🍍⇩Spring is on its way out, and this recipe from @healthylittlepeach is the perfect send-off ☀️ A delectable mix of creamy coconut, juicy pineapple, and lime come together with our Indigo Gin in one sunny, tropical sip!

TROPICAL SPRING PUNCH 🥥
◦ 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦ 2 oz Pineapple Juice
◦ 2 tsp Coconut Syrup
◦ 1 oz Cream of Coconut
◦ ½ oz Lime Juice
◦ 1½ oz Sparkling Water or Tonic Water
◦ Pineapple Slice (for garnish)

METHOD: Add ice to a cocktail glass and begin building the layers. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut syrup, tonic or sparkling water, and coconut cream. Give it a little mix with a spoon then add the Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice, and enjoy!

LITTLE SAIGON 🌶️ ⇩Inspired by the bright, herbaceous flavours of Vietnamese cuisine, Little Saigon stirs together citrus, spice, and cooling herbs for a refreshing cocktail that hits every note!

LITTLE SAIGON
◦1½ oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
◦¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
◦¾ oz Lemongrass Ginger Syrup*
◦3 Leaves of Basil & Mint, each
◦3 Slices of Bird’s Eye Chili (optional)**
◦Lime Yuzu Soda, to top
◦Cilantro Sprig & Bird’s Eye Chili, for garnish

METHOD: Gently muddle basil and mint with syrup and lime juice in shaker tin. Add gin and chili slices and shake over ice. Strain into collins glass filled with ice, top with soda, and garnish.

STRAWBERRY SPRITZ 🍓⇩ With warm weather in the forecast, this vibrant spritz from @foodie_renee is about to become your new go-to 😍 Mixing Empress Indigo Gin with fresh strawberries and Aperol, it doesn’t get more summery than this!

EMPRESS STRAWBERRY SPRITZ
• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 3 Fresh Strawberries
• 1 oz Aperol
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Chilled Prosecco, to top
• Strawberry Slice, to garnish

METHOD: In a shaker, muddle the strawberries until juicy. Add simple syrup, Aperol, Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Stir well to chill and combine. Double strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Gently pour chilled Prosecco on top. Add a strawberry slice to finish and enjoy!

・2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
・1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
・½ oz Honey Simple Syrup
・6 oz Mango Juice
・Lime Sparkling Water, to top
・Fresh Mint and Mango Stars, to garnish

METHOD: In a shaker, combine lime juice, honey simple syrup and mango juice and shake vigorously to combine. Pour into a highball glass and add ice. Using the back of a bar spoon gently float Empress Elderflower Rose Gin over top. Top with lime sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and cut out mango stars. Enjoy!
