Mulled Gin
Spice up your winter nights with a cozy mug of Mulled Gin! This recipe by @afullliving features a warming blend of red wine, seasonal fruits and spices, and maple syrup to sweeten the deal. Serves 12.

                                            1.5CUPS                                        
                                        
                                            Empress 1908 Indigo Gin                                        
                                    
                                            2CUPS                                        
                                        
                                            Red Wine                                        
                                    
                                            2CUPS                                        
                                        
                                            Cranberry Juice                                        
                                    
                                            1.75CUPS                                        
                                        
                                            Fresh Orange Juice                                        
                                    
                                            0.25CUPS                                        
                                        
                                            Maple Syrup (to taste)                                        
                                    
                                            1SLICED                                        
                                        
                                            Orange (into rounds)                                        
                                    
                                            1SLICED                                        
                                        
                                            Pear (into rounds)                                        
                                    
                                            5 Cinnamon Sticks, 2 Star Anise, 2 Cardamom Pods, 8 Cloves, and 4 Ginger Slices                                        
                                    Method
Combine all ingredients, except the gin, in a large pot over low heat. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally for at least 30 minutes, but up to 4 hours to allow the flavours to combine. Next, strain out the fruit and spices, and add in Empress 1908 Indigo Gin. Stir to combine. Ladle into tea mugs while warm. Garnish with orange slices, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and whole spices.
