Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin

Fresh Lemon Juice

Matcha Syrup*
Soda Water, to top
Edible White Flower, for garnish
Method
Shake all ingredients (except for soda water) over ice and serve in ice-filled collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with edible flower.
Notes
*To make matcha syrup, combine 150g each of sugar and water and 1 tsp of matcha powder to a saucepan over medium heat until incorporated. Let cool, seal in container, and store for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
