Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin

Fresh Lime Juice
0.5Oz
Honey Simple Syrup
6Oz
Mango Juice
Lime Sparkling Water, to top
Fresh Mint & Mango Stars, for garnish

Method
In a shaker, combine lime juice, honey simple syrup and mango juice and shake vigorously to combine. Pour into a highball glass and add ice. Using the back of a bar spoon gently float Empress Elderflower Rose Gin over top. Top with lime sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and cut out mango stars.
