Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
0.5Oz
Lemongrass Syrup*
1Oz
Fresh Lime Juice
3Oz
Ginger Beer
Starfruit
Cucumber Ribbon
Mint Leaves
Method
Add the syrup, lime juice and ginger beer to an ice-filled glass. Gently float Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top & garnish with star fruit, fresh mint, and a lime rose. Stir, and enjoy!
Notes
*To make the syrup, add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 2 lemongrass stalks to a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Once sugar is dissolved, let sit on low heat for another 10 minutes to infuse the flavour. Strain in a glass jar and let cool before using.
