Soda Water, to top
Grapefruit & Lime Slice, for garnish

Method
Shake all ingredients except for soda and alcohol-free spirit and strain in a collins glass over ice. Top with soda, leaving room for non-alcoholic. Layer Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo on top and garnish. Stir, before enjoying!
