Fig Syrup*
Tonic Water, to top
Fig & Rosemary, for garnish
Method
Add Empress Elderflower Rose Gin and fig syrup to an ice-filled glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with half a fig and a sprig of rosemary.
Notes
*To make fig syrup, add 1 cup each of water and sugar along with six halved figs to a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Turn to low and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat. Strain out figs and let cool before storing in the refrigerator.
