Fig & Floral
With fall approaching quickly, let’s embrace the changing of the seasons with @carneliancooks‘ Fig & Floral to make the most out of the bounty of figs!

Method
In a mixing glass add Empress Indigo Gin, fig infused floral amaro, and sweet vermouth. Add ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with fresh figs and a mist of the fig and orange spray.
Notes
*In a mason jar, fill at 4-6 oz of floral amaro like Amaro Santoni (can also use Campari). Take 2-3 fresh figs and slice into quarters. Add to the jar and tightly seal the mason jar. Let sit for 2-30 days. The longer you let it sit, the more the fig flavor will come through.
**In a small pot, combine 6-8 oz of water, 2-3 fresh figs sliced into quarters, and the peel of 1 orange. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Once cooled, add to a mini spray bottle.
