Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and an egg white. Dry shake (without ice), then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
