Empress Miami Vice
Strawberry Daiquiri or Piña Colada? There’s no need to choose! @amandagryphon combines two of our favourite frozen sips in the delicious Empress Miami Vice. Get ready to hit the beach with this cocktail in hand!
To a blender, add 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, frozen strawberries, lime juice, 1 oz pineapple juice and ½ cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, pour into cocktail glass and set in freezer while you prepare the next layer. Rinse blender well. To the clean blender, add remaining ½ oz Empress Indigo Gin, 1 oz pineapple juice, sweetened cream of coconut, frozen coconut milk and 1 cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, then pour over strawberry layer. Garnish with pineapple slice and strawberry and enjoy!
