Method
Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, pumpkin puree, lemon juice, maple syrup, spiced apple cider, and a pinch of ground cinnamon to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass over ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice. Enjoy!
