PINK LYCHEE ROSE GIN SPRITZ 🌹
• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
• 8-10 pieces Fresh Lychee
• ½ oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 oz Club Soda
• Lemon Peel & Rose Petals, to garnish

METHOD: Muddle lychee and passion fruit syrup in a shaker. Pour lychee mixture into the glass, fill it with ice cubes, and add club soda. Float Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin on top. Garnish with lemon peel and rose petals. Enjoy!

Tip: No cocktail smoker set? No problem! Simply burn a sprig of rosemary and place your glass over the smoke for about 1 minute before pouring in the mixed cocktail.

◦1 oz Campari
◦1 oz Artichoke Liqueur
◦Leaves from 1 Rosemary Sprig

METHOD: In a glass filled with ice, combine Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, Campari, and artichoke liqueur. Place a smoker on top of the glass, adding fresh rosemary leaves and a mesh guard. Using a culinary torch, carefully ignite the rosemary leaves until the glass fills with smoke. Allow the smoke to infuse into the drink, then remove the smoker. Garnish with a burned rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

GRANNY APPLE GIMLET (serves 2)
・5 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
・3 oz Granny Apple Simple Syrup*
・3 oz Fresh Lime Juice
・Apple Slice, to garnish

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake until combined, then strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!

*For the Granny Apple simple syrup, combine 1 peeled and finely chopped Granny Smith apple, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the apple is tender and fragrant. Let cool, strain out the apple, and store the syrup in a sealed mason jar in the refrigerator.
