Fill a copa glass with ice, add Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin and premium tonic water. Garnish with cucumber and lemon slices and thyme sprigs.

SHADES OF PINK 💖⇩ Like a sunset in a glass, this blushing beauty is light, floral, and refreshingly crisp 🤤 Our Elderflower Rose Gin blends with bright lemon and bubbly soda for a sip that’s perfect for golden hour ☀️

・1½ Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, split
・1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
・1 oz Simple Syrup
・Soda Water, to top
・Lemon Wheel & Lavender Sprigs, to garnish

METHOD: Shake ½ oz of Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup on ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda leaving room to float the remaining 1 oz gin on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel and lavender sprig. Enjoy!

TIP: To float the gin, pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon to ensure the layers remain separate. Be sure to stir before enjoying!

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with fresh honeycomb & enjoy!

・¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
・½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
・¼ oz Simple syrup
・Juniper, Rose & Blackberry Foam, to top*

METHOD: In a cocktail shaker, add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup. Fill with ice, and shake for about 10 seconds until chilled. Fine strain into a double rocks glass with a large ice cube. Top with juniper, rose & blackberry foam. Enjoy!
