0.75Oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5Oz
Cinnamon Syrup
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Sparkling Wine, to top
Cinnamon Stick

Method
Shake all the ingredients on ice, fine strain into a chilled champagne flute, and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
