Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
0.5Oz
Bergamot Liqueur
0.5Oz
Raspberry Syrup*
0.75Oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
Soda Water, to top
Method
Build the cocktail in a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with a dried leaf or fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
Notes
*To make the raspberry syrup, make a simple syrup by combining equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Gently bruise the raspberries using a muddler (do not make a puree out of it), and put them in a mason jar. Pour the simple syrup over top, and gently shake or stir to combine. Let sit for 12-34 hours. Fine strain using a cheese cloth or coffee filter.
