Berry Basil Smash
This tasty summer treat is the perfect patio companion. Vibrant strawberries and basil syrup paired with a splash of lemon juice and Aperol make for a cocktail you can sip all season long!

Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Strawberries, chopped
6 Basil Leaves, plus more to garnish

Method
Muddle two strawberries, chopped, in the bottom of a shaker and add all ingredients but the gin. Shake on ice and strain into a stemless wine glass. Add fresh ice, and float Empress Indigo Gin on top. Garnish with a basil leaf.
