Autumn Hugo Spritz

Spritz season is year-round for us, so we couldn’t resist giving the Hugo Spritz a cozy fall glow up! With juicy pear, a kick of ginger, and sweet maple, this twist is brimming with all of the flavours we love most about the season.

1.5Oz
Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
0.5Oz
Elderflower Liqueur
0.5Oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25Oz
Maple Syrup
0.25MINCED
Bosc Pear
1INCH
Knob of Ginger, sliced
4LEAVES
Mint, plus more for garnish
Soda Water & Sparkling Wine, to top
Candied Ginger, for garnish

Method

Add pear, ginger, and maple syrup to a shaker tin and muddle. Add remaining ingredients except for sparkling wine and soda. Shake ingredients with ice then strain into wine glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and sparkling wine and garnish. Enjoy!
