Elderflower Rose 75

Let’s begin with the classic! Whenever people talk about crowdpleasing cocktails, the French 75 is often on the list for its balanced, tangy and effervescent profile. With our Elderflower Rose expression in this particular version, floral notes create a soft and ethereal dimension that makes an already refined tipple even more sophisticated!

  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling Wine, to top
  • Orange Twist, for garnish

Holiday Sparkle

The French 75 is a great template where we can swap around ingredients for a new and unique creation. @meera.seetharaman adds a touch of festive magic here through a cranberry-orange syrup to make this the perfect holiday party serve. Given these yuletide flavours, a taste will immediately put you in the spirit for all things jolly!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
  • 1 oz Cranberry-Orange Syrup*
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Fresh Cranberries & Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
  • Sugar, for rim
METHOD

Rim a champagne flute with sugar and set aside. Combine ingredients (except prosecco) to a shaker filled with ice and shake to chill. Strain into prepped glass, top with prosecco, and garnish.

*Combine 1 cup each of fresh cranberries, orange juice, and sugar along with 8 cloves to a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens (about 10 minutes). Strain the syrup to discard solids and let it cool.

Fall 75 – @jfdesfosses

If you’re looking for a dazzling showstopper, @jfdesfosses has you covered! Sweet pear and a warming kiss of herbs come together for a cocktail that evokes snowfall in an alpine setting. Despite the name, the cozy palate of this elevated French 75 lends itself well to holiday celebrations, too!

  • ¾ oz Pear Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup
  • ¼ oz Green Chartreuse*
  • Sparkling Wine, to top
