to make the ice
To make the floral-infused ice, snag a specialty ice tray (either spheres or large cubes work best here) and fill halfway with cold water. Gently add your desired florals to each compartment, and freeze until almost completely frozen. Top up with cold water and freeze again until solid. This two-step process will makes sure your flowers are perfectly suspended in the cube or sphere!
