Fig & Rosemary G&T
Looking for a refreshing, yet simple fall cocktail? @marikacucuzzaphotography has you covered with this G&T, using fig-infused gin and rosemary garnish for easy sipping. Serves 3-4, depending on if you prefer a stronger flavour.
Cut 4 figs into slices and place them in a jar and top with Empress 1908 Indigo Gin. Put on the lid and let sit for at least 24hrs for infusion in the fridge (we recommend 48hrs infusion). After 24/48hrs, strain fig slices out of gin and store infused gin in a new and clean jar in the fridge. When you are ready to make gin and tonic, add fig infused gin to glasses with ice, top each glass with tonic and garnish with fresh rosemary.
